SOUP, SALAD, AND TAPAS

Daily Soup- fresh, house made, and served with a cheddar herb biscuit. 7

BLT Salad- tender braised pork, charred grape tomatoes, warm goat cheese, frisee lettuce and bacon mustard dressing. 9

Apple and Fennel salad- shaved apples, fennel, mixed greens, caraway seeds and lemon honey dressing. 8 Add grilled chicken. 4

Sauteed Garlic Mushrooms- button mushrooms sautéed in garlic butter and served with cracked black pepper bread. 8

Corn Dogs- four beer and corn battered chorizo dogs served with sweet tomato salsa. 11

Pretzels and Cheese- warm house made soft pretzels with warm cheese dip. 9

Short rib Poutine- tender braised short rib, hand cut fries, shredded aged cheddar and beef gravy. 11

Fried Goat Cheese served with black pepper bread and tomato salsa. 10

Chicken Wings- served with carrots, celery and blue cheese dressing. Your choice of mild, honey garlic, or hot sauce. 11

“Fish” and Chips- beer battered basa strips, prawns, scallops, and calamari served with hand cut fries and lemon mayo. 16

Spicy Steamed Mussels- 1 lb of mussels steamed in Granville Island Lager with garlic and chorizo. Served with black pepper bread. 13

West Coast Cheese Plate- a selection of locally produced cheeses and house made condiments with cracked black pepper bread. 14

Mushroom, crème fraiche goat cheese, and bacon topped with fresh herbs. 12

LUNCH AND DINNER

Slow Braised Short Rib Stew- tender beef short ribs, baby carrots, gold beets, and baby potatoes in a rich beef broth. Served with a cheddar herb biscuit. 13

Chicken Pot Pie- tender chicken, carrots, celery, and pearl onions in herb cream topped with puff pastry. Served with house salad. 13

The Two Foot Meatball Sandwich- tender meatballs, goat cheese, tomato sauce, on a two foot long bun. Served with Apple and fennel slaw and hand cut fries. 15

Edge Burger- 8 oz all beef grilled burger with herb mayo, lettuce, tomato, and crispy onions. Served with hand cut fries. 12 Add aged cheddar and bacon 3

Peppercorn Ribeye Steak- 7 oz grilled ribeye steak with peppercorn sauce, baby potatoes and sautéed baby vegetables. 16

Vegetable Chili- tender medley of vegetables in a savoury tomato stew with herbed bannock. 11

Raisin and Banana Bread Pudding- served warm with bourbon caramel sauce. 7
